Zoho CRM is one piece of Zoho's very large bundle of business apps (books, mail, desk, projects and dozens more), which makes it appealing for cost-conscious businesses that want a whole back office from a single vendor at a lower price than picking best-of-breed tools individually.

The interface is less polished than HubSpot or Pipedrive, and support quality varies by plan, but the price-to-feature ratio is hard to match, especially for businesses already using other Zoho products.
